One cable…seriously. TruePoE shades utilize a single ethernet cable to deliver both power and data which means less hassle, reduced cost, and incredible simplicity.
Needs less than 5 watts
TruePoE shades require only 5 watts of power delivered through a standard CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable. This reduces energy consumption as well as additional wiring costs. In many areas, this also means that a licensed electrician is not required for installation.
No additional hardware required
Unlike many other shades that claim to be PoE, our shades can be plugged into a standard PoE switch and do not require injectors or expensive translators. When we say “TruePoE” we mean “it’s truly PoE”.
